Paulie hasnt earned the respect from the british media he is due as he is an established champ now that more than earnt his stripes against cotto.

But hatton SHOULD be way to physical for him and paulies only hope is to draw hatton in and beat him to the punch which i just do not see happening.

Hatton by TKO rd 6/7
Hatton will too physical for Paulie although there is always the chance Paulie uses his feet to take away Hatton's physicality. Cotto couldn't stop Paulie and is a better boxer and harder puncher than Hatton. Hatton didn't look convincing in his last outing. Thus, Hatton on the cards in a relatively close win.
How didnt Hatton look convincing? It was an outstanding performance IMO, the only thing i had to falter about Hatton was that he took a few many and got a bit wobbled in round 10, but apart from that he was clearly dominant in the fight and he looked very sharp. At 140, I would say Ricky is stronger than Miguel Cotto, but at 147 Cotto is stronger. I believe this fight will be tougher for PM than the Cotto one IMO.
Fair enough. And if I recall correctly, Paulie fought Cotto at 140. Personally, I didn't think Hatton looked great, but we can agree to disagree. I acknowledge he dominated the fight, but against Juan Lazcano.

Outside of Mayweather, Paulie may be the fastest fighter Hatton's fought. The problem is Paulie has NO power. Completely feather fisted. All Ricky has to do is get on the inside and he'll bruise Hatton up. One thing that is certain is that Paulie ain't knockin' Hatton out.
