Did you watch the fight lefty? Vic didn't even need a punchers chance. He outboxed the shit out of Mijares winning every round. He even had faster hands.

Mijares was exposed BIG time!

Yeah I did. What I meant was the way hardly anybody beforehand gave him a chance yet he always had a punchers chance at least as he has great power.

He looks awkward and too tight sometimes, not pretty to watch either,but he gets that added power by turning on his own centerline and striking on the move with heaps of weight transferance into his shots which seems to suit his weird body hang.
So really for his style that is good footwork and great timing ,he has more than a punchers chance every time. It'll take a tough smart fighter to be able to stay clear headed enough to find the spaces to catch him clean as he is coming in or have the counter moves down to catch him on the end of his.
