Lot better mate try keep your Elbows in Quite wide .. open to getting winded. Much better though your not going in with your head

It's a step up from before. I still recommend that you invest some time learning how to throw your punches properly, preferably from a good teacher.
If you hear a voice within you saying that I am not a painter, then by all means paint and that voice will be silenced.
