When you're hitting the heavybag do you wear headguard?

Headgaurd while hitting abag?? Bag got arms and hit you back now....i use a mouthgaurd sometimes never hurd of anyone using Headguard

Actually when i first went into a boxing gym i did hit the Heavybag, with a Headgear on to get used to it. Because it feels weird the first time you put it on. But after having a few sparring sessions i never wore a Headgear outside the ring again.
