Threw a rugby ball with my brother for a while, I feel this helps my hand-eye considerably.

Sugar Dan and I went to Munchins.
5 Mins Skipping.
Padwork - held for each other, slow padwork, stringing 4-5 punches together w/head movement.
It served as a nice "thinking session."
