Wack was a funny cat. Me and him were cool. And he knew his Boxing. But as much as he knew, he wasn't on Mick's level knowledge wise. Few are. The mans quality and quantity.

Don't under sell yourself Mick!!!
You deserve these props fella..
One of the few US friends on Saddo's with an English sense of humour and he's made me laugh so many times on here.
I remember we did a thread a few years ago about "lookalikes" and his Larry Merchant - Dash from the Incredibles had me fucking pissing myself hahahahaha
Knowledgable and Staunch to his roots with his fighters he grew up with prob hearing loads about as a kid (Arguello etc).
Reminds me of me in the fact he's got a hot girl and some decent clobber on his back..
Infact he's so cool even his f*cking gravestone will have sunglasses on it
Big Up Roberto!
Smash my man...
Big up fella.
You know the score man and trust me I think you've made some of the funniest posts on here. You used to run the Lets Get It On boards non-stop with RebekahJade2_UK
and the rest of the slutty girls that were once on here some still (Missy) are.
I'll never forget the Charlie Chaplin video you posted fucken hell man that shit was brilliant and tuned me to renting the movie and watching it.
Thanks for all the laughs and talks fella.![]()
All though I am just a rookie on here (I have been lurking around the forums for some time though), I gotta admit I am a keen admirer of CutMeMick and his incredible knowledge as well. His passion for the sport burns through the screen, and it’s always a pleasure to read his entries as he is articulate, knowledgeable, well reasoned and well spoken, and comes off as a genuine nice guy.
Furthermore I think he does a great job at being objective (Which at times can be a mighty hard task in boxing), where emotions easily take over, well at least they do for me :-), but I guess that’s part of the charm as well.
I have learned a whole lot from reading his posts over time (As I have from several other members on here as well), and I hope I can continue to learn even more in the years to come.
Thanks for making it a pleasure to follow this forum and add extra spice to our beloved sport.
Cheers,

Mick has a passion for the sport which can't be denied...that goes along with his knowledge. He has helped me learn along with many others of you this sport from the history and professional side of things the who, the what, where's and hows and so on...and it has been greatly appreciated. His passion? He went missing for a week or so after the Cotto/Margo fight, and I truly was worried that he either a. threw his PC out the window and kicked in his TV. or b. might be in need or some sorta suicide watch.
A good and fair MOD and a backbone of Saddos. Good luck with your predictions this year Mick. Your rough year 2008 of getting them wrong on big fights proves how unpredictable and interesting, and how anything can and will happen in this sport.
+ he has cool's.
well done![]()
Congrats mick, what a milestone.
Hold it down for WAcko, keep your post coming. Stay on top bro!we need you here.

Congrats on your achievement MOD Mick... Keep it up...
Holy shit you guys...
I really do appreaciate the words, I do. But I'm one of you man no special treatments. I've never been one to let my Mod Badge dictate my posting ways.
I'm really surprised by some of the posts from people whom I've only had one or two talks to read those words is cool man cause I'm just here to chat and learn with the rest.
Woooopsss....
Yeah, you know how I mentioned earlier that you can also catch me on a bad night... Yeaaaaahhhh! that post exemplafies what I meant.
That was a REAAAAAAAALLLLLY bad night for Mick.
Glasses raised it is.
Saddos is the place to be...
Well Barranquilla, we all start off as rookies...
I just hope to one day be able to be part of the sport and involved with the sport somehow.
I'm passionate about the sport and the excvitement it brings.
Believe me man it's not easy at times it can be difficult especially when a particular fighters legacy/career is at stake which you like and support.
Thank you, for the words.
