Mick you cannot and should not be supporting Argentina. I prefer Brazils style to Englands but under no circumstances would I be supporting them. Its madness.

I remember once listening to the cricket whilst at work, England V Sth Africa. England were under the cosh and this slimy cunt walked in who was English but spent a few years in Sth Africa so was whooping and cheering because they had the upper hand.

I asked him what the fuck he was doing cheering for them, he said he had spent a few years there so was supporting them. The many many more years he had spent in England counted for nothing I presume. No doubt the next time England were in the assendancy his affinity with Sth Africa was lost and he was a proud wearer of the three lions. Fucking muppet.

Choose your club team by all means, but the national team you support, its out of your hands.

This further proves that Man U are the New York Yankees of the Premier League.

We're #1, and even when we haven't been playing well we've been getting draws instead of losses. Nobody can stop Gerrard and Torres....and Riera has been playing out of his mind!!!

Stoke have done a pretty decent job of it. The CPS may shackle Gerrard

all my liverpool mates are shitting themselves now the mighty united can claim the rightfull top spot. its sad there fans have already quit & talking abt next season, & liverpool cant win the champions league if they mounting a challenge for the premiership as usually they only have champions league to chase.

how long it been for red sox?

I'm not worried about The Reds...Man U doesn't scare me. Liverpool usually plays up to a challenge (or down in the case of Stoke).

It had been 86 years for the Red Sox who not only LOST but lost with flying colors. They would make it to the World Series a couple times and lose in 7 games in 1975 and 1986....1986 was a horrible time, Bill Buckner a guy with close to Hall of Fame stats ended up making an error that eventually cost them the series (actually the bullpen blew the series, Buckner's play just added salt to the wound). The Red Sox were THE choke artists of pro sports in America UNTIL in 2004 down 3 games to the hated New York Yankees and after being destroyed 19-8 AT HOME the Red Sox clawed their way back not only to win 4 straight games and take the ALCS but they went on to win 4 more to SWEEP the Cards in the World Series. Also they did about the same thing in 2007 this time sweeping the Rockies in the World Series.

Oh and the YANKEES are the biggest choke artists of all sports history

....So when I say I am a FAN, I mean I'll follow teams through the depths of hell and back because it's times like 2004 that make it all worth while.

Chelsea ain't a South club, they're in West London. Only South London teams of any note are Millwall, Charlton & Crystal Palace.

Anyhow bet you must be missin the days of Avram Grant now eh?

Yeah Chelsea my fav: but follow any London club before the other English ones is more what i ment ,but sticking more to south London clubs cause thats the areas we lived in back in the day. From what Im told ..Dulwich Brixston round to Clapham,Morden then to Wandsworth.
You know what its like at a young age you follow your parents sporting likes. Then we moved to Australia and it stuck.
Go the mighty blues.. (That's Calton out here if you didnt know ).

When Saturday comes great Film, Sheffield United beat United in the Cup, but in real life it was the League. Remember Sean Bean scoring the winner, well He didnt. I always remember Him singing the most Beutifull Girl in the World to the Wife, Which proves He is Blind.
