Do you think if you are using other muscles in your body to haul it up the first thing you might want to do is cut the weight down until you are no longer doing that?
Well i used to be able to fight through the pain and get used to the weight, then move up but i hit a bit of a snag. Im gonna go with Donny/Chris advice and do some more Dumbell work from now on.
