Pac does NOT deserve 60%. Hatton is the man at 140 and has a huge draw himself. And as C-Lo correctly points out Hatton is the one who will likely generate up to a million PPV buys in the UK. Thats serious money and as much as I hate DLH it was the DLH name that boosted the DLH:Pac fight as far as it went.

Pac is being a greedy moron by holding out for 60%. He should be a gentleman and split the purse. I hate these guys that squabble over purses. The revenue is huge and the last I heard the Philipines isnt so expensive. 50% is more than enough. Wake up and smell the roses, Manny!

According to the what I've read on it, Roach always thought the fight should be 50/50 the whole way. Pac had nothing to do with any of the purse negotiations. It was supposedly "his people" as in lawyers, advisors, management team that tried to push for a 60-40 purse.

The lawyer of Manny says they're giving Hatton until February to accept the offer of 60/40 or else there will be no fight. According to him, they haven't agreed on anything yet.

To be honest, I want the fight to be done even at 50/50 but I guess the time is right for Manny to ask for 60/40.

Hatton gave castillo a much much lower share. PBF gave hatton a lower share. DLH gave Pac a lower share. BArrera gave PAc a lower share. Morales gave Pac a lower share.People see it as okay. Why can't it be okay for Manny to play their game? Is it because Manny is from a third world and he has no right to bargain?

    Just asking.

This is why I hate negotiations. I hate being a diplomat for my alliance in-game.

I am a fan of both and I would like to see the fight to proceed.... I won't discuss about sharing anymore coz people are just so sensitive with it.

I can agree with Pac getting 60:40 in big fights. But not when the other guy can sell so many PPV's in the UK.

I wonder if Arum jumped the gun in telling Hatton it was 50/50? Or did Manny agree to that @ 1st & then change his mind when people told him he deserves a 60/40 split? If Manny 1st told Arum 50/50 was OK with him but then changed his mind, that put Arum in a tough spot. If that's what happened, it's similar to Manny saying yes to Oscar a few years ago but then going back on that deal too.

If Manny sticks to 60:40 Hatton should dump the fight. Its a fight that makes sense to both guys financially so 50:50 is where its at. If Pac says no then it means he's holding out for either PBF, a fight against a top WW or most likely a move back down to 135 and a possible fight with JMM. Manny would be sensible to take the offer in a fight that would generate huge figures. The Floyd fight probably would not generate as much interest and Pac might not even get 50% for that. He should wise up and take the 50% and Hatton shouldnt waste too much time waiting. Its a great opportunity for both fighters, but Pacs team seems to have the touch of the diva about it right now.

I agree miles - seems like it's an ego thing too now. I keep reading conflicting reports that a 50/50 share is a go & then it's not. If Manny takes this fight & were to win, he could set himself up for a huge fight with PBF in the Fall. The current P-4-P guy against the guy who had that "title" before retiring.
