That gives you a potential 40k attendance - not quite sure how many they usually sit for boxing matches, but it will probably be at least 25k.

With an average ticket price of 100$ (best tickets will be more expensive, most tickets maybe slightly cheaper) that gives you a gate of $2.5m. Then add tv to that and there should be more than enough room for a 500k paycheck for Kessler.
