He will get that easily. Chances are the fight (if it happens) will be held in Parken, Denmark's national football stadium (Kessler has fought there vs. Beyer and Andrade before, plus on the Tyson-Nielsen undercard). That gives you a potential 40k attendance - not quite sure how many they usually sit for boxing matches, but it will probably be at least 25k.
With an average ticket price of 100$ (best tickets will be more expensive, most tickets maybe slightly cheaper) that gives you a gate of $2.5m. Then add tv to that and there should be more than enough room for a 500k paycheck for Kessler.
I still think it is a bad fight for him, in the long run also financially, as it will do nothing for his profile outside Denmark. But... it will be more fun than seeing him against the likes of Sartison and Haussler.
