I am curious Danny G why do you not like Margarito? I can see why alot of people dont like some fighters because of their style or their attitude outside the ring. So I am honestly interested in knowing what you have against Margo?

It was rivalry with Cotto but after he beat Cotto, it was all good. I was rooting for Tony before the Mosley fight, but when news came out that he was loading his gloves, it all made perfect sense. He destroyed Cintron and Cotto and yet his punches against Shane were as though Sergio Mora himself was throwing those weak azz pity pat punches. Like Lampley said, where were those tremendous THUDDING punches against Mosley? He cheated, plain and simple. Fight to win and do what you can and must but adding plaster to your wraps is just a little too much for me. I lost respect for the guy.

In closing, when I found out about the plaster, I immediately began to root for Mosley and I enjoyed the fight very much because someone was caught cheating and got exposed right after.

I liked Tony, but its pay to play...if he played around with the rules he has to pay.....If he loaded his gloves ban him for life.....

I personally think Margo knew and that this was either the first time or one of a very few times he's tried this. If we are to believe he packed on the lbs after Cotto maybe he wanted to "counterbalance". Doesn't make it right and if it is proven he knew (don't know how he wouldn't have) he should receive a lengthy suspension. Tyson got a year for biting a piece of Holyfield's ear off, Judah got suspended a year for fighting people not his opponent; Margarito should get at least 2-3 years. He could have permanently injured or killed Mosley.

I did say once he has been found guilty/libel/whatever. I don't want to lynch the guy, but had Richardson not seen he certainly would have been hitting Mosley with those. It's not as if he had an attack of conscience and removed them himself. I personally feel there's no way he didn't know. If he didn't see it, it would have felt different and it should have at least begged the question, "Hey, did you do something different with the wraps?"

If I plot to kill my wife and I get arrested I wouldn't get a slap on the wrist for that. I don't think he should be banned, but I think his punishment should be significant. It would have been worse than what Judah did and it would have been worse than what Tyson did to Holyfield. Both were year-long suspensions and the Tyson attempted arm break should have been another suspension. It's probably the difference between a travel call on a lesser player versus Lebron James getting away with the same thing. Margarito gets nowhere near the credit a Tyson would. I'm not saying it's right, just saying how it probably is.

It's not the "potential" cheating by hurting another boxer that he should be punished. You are supposed to follow the rules and if true, he didn't "almost" cheat because he didn't get in the ring. He cheated and got caught. Or else, the commission wouldn't have taken the sample. They would just say "Ok, you know better Antonio. Behave" lol.

We are given the hint (Read between the lines) with the round about leak from the California commission to the Nevada Commission that he's going to get hammered. You don't need give someone time to prepare a legal defense if he is innocent! You clear yourname right away to prevent undo innuendo and rumors from doing damage to your reputation. Or do you think the commission is really that stupid in this day and age of the internet?

And they are telling us that Capetillo will play the fall guy so Margarito can continue his career. Who the hell will give this guy the dignity of a fight if he's crew is found guilty. Cotto? for what? he was beating Margarito on the cards and without the plaster advantage he's done! Once this news is offical the guy is well done! His promoter is the only guy that can save his ass and he'll probably ream it more that prison would.
