i dnt lift weights much nowadays, but 90kg, im not sure if i could do anymore, i doubt it. i weigh about 73kg or so...i havnt got the best bench pressing physique, my arms r abit long



I got long arms too...(My friends call me "THE CHIMP" due to me being an up and coming Amateur boxer)

I used to bench alot but find it restricts me when i'm trying to batter someone around the ring.

63 Amatuers and i beat Amir when we were kids funnily enough, he was game though just a shame someone ringside blew off and knocked him over..he he he ONLY KIDDING.
