I think the advice in this thread in good for OP. He looks tentative on the bag, for sure. I just look retarded.
He's only been training what, a month? He really imo shouldn't even be focusing on too much more then just getting comfortable with it and finding a rythm.

anyway first 2 post the only one that matter, the hopping was fixed yesterday after some one on one lesson with sparring i noticed the hopping is the very things that gets me very tired and easily out of air.
