    Sort of. I kinda feel like I'm at the doctors. Could just be a matter of getting more sleep/water because I've upped my training.

    boo. Hurt my left wrist and pulled something in my right pec whilst hitting the bags last night. Nothing major but I do feel it.

    I've never been injured by a punch...all my injuries have happened in the gym... makes me wonder about the frequency of injury for other boxers.

    back in the gym again...if no one is looking I might slip in some drills I'm reading about - training for speed, agility & quickness.

    well. I've now buggered my achilles. Mostly the left but because I've been walking to minimise the movement in that leg the right one is playing up.

    Fed up, I was only thinking the other day about how well I was doing as I've not had problems and I'll start going to the gym more often now..

    Anyhow. On the rehabilitation list. Ice packs every night, massage and I'm wearing leg warmers to keep the tendons warm in the day. Significant improvement after 3 days but I'm still hobbling about.

    Running, jumping, skipping, squat thrusts, step ups, all that is off the list. Actually punching with any authority doesn't really work either because of how you drive through your legs. I'll have to do 1001 punch outs instead
