Floyd Patterson easily for me. You watch the rematches with Ingemar Johanssen.Floyd Patterson's punches move so quick you blink you miss 3 punches it was insane. It's just that he was so small he had to hit you with a thousand times before you'd budge. A great fantasy match-up would have been with Marciano. They just missed each other do to Rocky retiring and some have mentioned because of Floyd.

Another Cus D'Amato special that no one mentioned is Mike Tyson. I can't believe it.

Also you have to put the man on that list Sugar Ray Robinson

Mighty Mike has been mentioned and so has Sugar Ray Robinson.

Ricardo Lopez, Cassius Clay, Manny Pacquiao, Chad Dawson, Henry Armstrong, James Toney has fast hands on the inside and Paul Williams is pretty fast also.

I think the difference between Mayweather's speed and a lot of these guys is he sticks his punches, especially his jab he doesn't just flick it out there, Roy Jones Jr had a tendency to do that, Mayweather actually punched through the target, and when he throw combinations it wasn't shoe shining, he throws them more like Tyson or Cotto, he digs into each punch how you are suppose to do it.

Ali's hand speed was unreal...but considering he was a heavyweight...it makes it that much more amazing.
