Im going to attempt to have a back off week.

I dont usually do too well at not giving 100% and work isnt going to help, but i feel like my body is telling me to ease off a bit.

    Thursday April 2/09

    Conditioning
    25min (bicycle)

Work last night was a good workout. Very similar to 5 hours of sand bag training. I loaded for 3 and a half hours where i have to deadlift boxes, then stack them in walls. Then at the end of the night i unloaded for an hour and a half which means i had to clean and press boxes off the ground and onto rollers about shoulder level or so. We do this with one 10 minute break so its a decent workout. Typical night except i usually do one or the other.

Just an update since i havent been keeping up this log. i am still going strong and keeping up my workouts as well as lifting boxes at work. Ive also been riding my bike home from work most nights.

Im thinking about moving to Kitchener in a few months cuz my GF lives there. If/when i do i am considering joining the Waterloo Boxing Club. Its $50 a year if i wanna spar or $5 a year if i dont. :P

Any advice on things i may want to do in preperation for this are appreciated.

Heya wes, to answer your question, been moderately busy, and lacking in log updates ldo, but working out regularly and fairly hard, preparing.

Good luck if you move to Kitchener. My uncle lives in ?kitchener/Waterloo, like it there a lot. That's a great price for membership, eh.

You've been conditioning for quite a while now, so I imagine you are much better shape then most that walk through the doors of any boxing clubs. So I wouldn't really do anything. Just get your butt thru the doors. It'll sort itself out from there.
