I can't think of any that didn't have an amateur career, I can think of a couple that had very few amatuer fights, like Margarito & Paul Willaims

Mayorga was a Nicaragua amateur champ and Central American Golden Gloves champ with 103 reported amateur victories.

What about Matt Skelton? I heard he only had a few other fights.
What about Audley Harrison, his amateur career is far from stellar
