I can't think of any that didn't have an amateur career, I can think of a couple that had very few amatuer fights, like Margarito & Paul Willaims

James Toney only had 30 odd fights - George Foreman around 18 I think.

Mayorga was a Nicaragua amateur champ and Central American Golden Gloves champ with 103 reported amateur victories.

What about Audley Harrison, his amateur career is far from stellar

Earnie Shavers made his pro debut like a month after he joined a boxing gym.
Although he's just a great puncher, not a great fighter.
