LOL. I never been much of a Taylor fan. I just thought he'll beat Fraud. And if he had any stamina he would of.

I don't know if your stream (LOL) was fukked up or not. But you can't seriously tell me Fraud is actually good and believe it. Tell me your not just a lame UK groupie who can't see reality. Are you?

Do you think Librado Andrade is shit as well then because this was a better version of his fight with Bute.

How about James Toney when he fought Michael Nunn or Chavez against Meldrick Taylor?

It was a great win for Froch, he showed an iron resolve and the self belief of a true champ who thinks he can't be beat.

Yes he uses his face as his main form of defense but that's part of his appeal.

A KO of Jermain Taylor on his resume doesn't look bad, Bernard Hopkins and Winky Wright wern't able to do it.

Everyone praised Pavlik when he came back from being almost out in the third to Taylor to knock him out.

Why shouldn't Carl get the same credit?

He gets credit for getting up and taking it to Taylor to force the stoppage. But he was pretty much everything I expected. Which wasn't much. If Taylor had any stamina or had an idea how to clinch this would of been a lopsided loss for Fraud. He would of been laughed at and bad mouthed by everybody. Including the UK.

I will be honest with you all. I have not seen the fight, my internet broke after the 2nd round so I had to go to my other mates house to catch the result. Sounds exactly as I thought it would go, I knew Taylor would tire down the straight and Carls power would be too much for him. How close was the fight?

you've clearly got things wrong (not for the first time..). I'm in no way a froch groupie, I don't even like the guy, I think his defense is piss poor and his so called granite chin isn't so granite. But I give credit where due.. he came to america for his first defense (something we very rarely see) and survived being outworked for the better part of 9 rounds then slowly edged his way back into it, and finally knocked him down. I don't care if Taylor was out of steam, out of guts or out of oxygen I'm still gunna give Froch credit where due.

You on the other hand... you are probably one of the most bitter and arogant people on this forum. You rip into fighters so much coming up to a fight, and even give them your own little cute nicknames (con, fraud, etc..) and when they win you are so upset that you rip into their opponents and label it a 'fake win' or whatever you wanna call it.. ffs dude, why don't you give a english fighter some credit where due? If Taylor had won this fight you would be going on about it for decades to come, how the 'fraud' finally got exposed.

    hahaha Well said JoeyUK

VD can be such a prick and hates to see any UK fighter doing well...

He's gonna have to get used to it as we could have 3 more titles coming back to our shores soon.

Froch didn't fight well and i think that was down to Taylor boxing brilliantly for 8/9 rounds and it took him a while to negate his speed to be honest.

But the way he came back was pure class and no one can deny that.

    Apart from VD

He didnt really come back though smash did he, all that happened is what I said and what nearly everyone else thought as well, is that Taylor just isnt strong enough to be in this weight.

Froch just carried on fighting wide open and Taylor wore down.

Against a true supermiddle like Kessler or Andrade Carl would come unstuck, if a faded middle who weighed in light can deck Carl heavily and make him look petrified while he was on his ass then a true supermiddle puncher would either spark him or make him fight very cautious.

Everyone said this would happen, Taylor would make Carl look silly then just wear down because of the strength difference.
