And whats your point? If hatton beat pacman, does hatton jump to number 1? It does not work like that. Vic has done way more then what donaire has done in the last 12 months. Donaire is living off the one win, he has done shit all since it. If anything he should fall out of the p4p list. Its like when Jermaine Taylor beat hopkins, i think at the time hopkins was number 1 and he got beat...he fell in the list but taylor didnt automatically jump in front of him.
The point is, Donaire is better than Vic. Hatton beating Pac is different because it's clear that there are more fighter worthy of top 1 e.g. JMM.

Putting Donaire in front of Vic is valid since they're not fighting for the #1 position. It's like Hopkins beating Pavlik. Hope you see the point. You can't put pavlik over Hopkins no matter how inactive hopkins was before the fight.

But im not saying before the fight mate, donaire has done shit all recently. Vic has dominated arce, mijares, kirilov since donaire. Who has donaire beat since that fight? It does not matter about how skilled the fighter seems to be, it goes on what you have done recently. Donaire might of beat a couple of fighters since that fight but were they world class? Are they as good as what those 3 fighters vic dominated? If they are not then vic should be put ahead as he has done much more. P4P has always been about what you have done recently...when they update it the last couple of spots have always been dealt with in a "what have you done for me lately" kind of attitude. I agree the top spots are thought about more because they are at the top and if they are inactive then they get some slack.

Ranking pound for pound really is very tricky. For now, Vic needs to fight Donaire. If he wins, he could jump 3 to 4 spots.

So Vic would need to fight and beat Donaire to be ranked above him.

If p4p was like that then why is Mosley ranked over Cotto?
