Beat Maldonado, Mthalane and Martinez... All are excellent wins specially the last one...

Vic has won more titles and moved up in weight and beat better fighters and donaire has fought like twice since and he moves ahead of vic. Bullshit if you ask me.

Vic was already on Ring Mag's top 10 P4P list before the Donaire-Martinez fight... So Ring Mag did recognized Vic's accomplishment... It's only that Ring Mag was so impressed of Donaire's trashing of Martinez and they placed Donaire in the top 10 just ahead of Vic...

I was about to mention those names but that would be enticing more debates. Just to make the argument short, Donaire's current wins were impressive.
