it dosent take a genius to figure out that Berto is thicker, has blinding handspeed and combos to go with a 160lb fight night weigh in even though he is a welterweight. You actually think Pac could beat Berto? Seriously how?? You dont even know what the hell your talking about.
You are typical... Instead of refuting my point with some intelligence, you call me a loser and tell me to find a new forumReally son, this my house been here 3 + years and almost 8000 posts, you are a gutter twat who insight is... Pac will beat Berto beacause he is Pac, and thats it... the Chuck norris facts were really for Pac
Kindly piss off and shine my shoes junior

i give Pacquiao full credit for the Hatton win, but sorry, the DLH fight is utter bullshit dude, even Roach has stated they took the fight because he knew that DLH would be weight drained, and you could be as good as Ray Robinson, but if you're too weak from making weight, the healthier guy is gonna beat you
I'm sick of this catch weight bullshit. Either fight at proper weights or don't fight at all. A Mosley fight should be 147 and no lighter. If Manny Pac wants to be a WW then so be it. But forget all this catch weight bullshit. And that is what it is.![]()
Exactly. I weighted 120 at 16 in condition enough to play varsity soccer. In similar condition in my late 20's and early 30's, I weighted 180. If I had been looking to make boxing or wrestling weight at 16, I would have been 112 or 115. With my filled out adult frame, I would have boxed at 160 or 168. So basically, I would have gone from a flyweight/bantamweight to a middleweight/super middle. And like JT says, I'm just an average guy with full time job average athletic ability.
It's amazing that Pac was able to make 130 for as long as he did. Did he look like the smaller man against Hatton? Not by much, if at all. If Pac wants Mosley, let him go to 147 to do it, same with Cotto. It's smart business with Roach, but I won't give Pac a bit of credit if he beat a weight drained 39 y.o. Mosley.
Champions aren't made in gyms. Champions are made from something they have deep inside them - a desire, a dream, a vision.
Largly its become one big glamore show of 'p4p mega fights' that are fueled by the major networks on super star familuarity.Ive been waaaay too cynical on this for the longest, back to HBO clamoring for a Norris vs.Whitaker,Jones jr vs. Whitaker, Tito Trinidad or all of that Jones fighting Mike Tyson hype.Imo,it has everything to do with stardom attached to calling oneself "P4P" in the sport and the coin that gos along with it.I miss dominate Champions! All the while we miss Champions cleaning out a division of as of yet discovered talents, some dismissed because 'we dont know the name' as a major player or serious threat.Sort of a vicious catch 22.

I'm not sure how serious PAC is considering a 7th division title for building up his legacy further more... Imagine he will be the only boxer with titles in 7 different weight divisions if he gets that... That's still very amazing even if he gets his 7th division title from a Urango or a Berto... PAC can slap his 7th division belt to PBF's face...(PBF got titles in 5 divisions)...
