I agree, winner of Urango-Berto could be the weakest champ at 147... But Urango or Berto could probably give PAC a much tougher fight than Hatton and Hoya... This is not a given fight... Could be 60-40 in favor for PAC...
    .
it would be David Diaz all over again, and if Manny was to do it, i'd say that everyone should be entitled to bash him same way Mayweather has been for "cherry picking" cause that's just what it would be
I'm not sure how serious PAC is considering a 7th division title for building up his legacy further more... Imagine he will be the only boxer with titles in 7 different weight divisions if he gets that... That's still very amazing even if he gets his 7th division title from a Urango or a Berto... PAC can slap his 7th division belt to PBF's face... (PBF got titles in 5 divisions)...

then Mayweather can put a sticker of his 0 right on his ass, and tell Manny to kiss it (Floyd's undefeated while taking on elite competition)

I think being a 7th division titliest is way bigger accomplishment than being undefeated... If PAC gets it, he's the only boxer to do it while being undefeated is so common nowadays... Look at Hopkins/Calzaghe, Hopkins is considered the better boxer legacy wise than Joe...

not when 2 of the divisions would be against the weakest "champs" in the division, basically bringing it back down to 5 legit weight class championships, hell anyone can go up and win titles in various weight classes if they nit pick their opponents, prime example, if Floyd was to move up to 160, he'd probably do the same thing as Oscar, and the same thing that Manny did with Diaz, Floyd would probably go after Sturm, seeing that he's the weakest in the division, so winning TITLES in multiple divisions isn't that big of a deal now a days either, unless you're beating THE MAN in that division, people are making too big of a deal of the weight jumping for Manny, and forget that already another all time great who started his career as a Jr Middleweight, and went on to win a TITLE at Heavyweight, yet, it's nothing that hasn't been done before

If PAC can do it, it's also possible other boxers can jump divisions after divisions collecting titles but fact is only PAC and Hoya currently having titles in 6 divisions... If PAC can successfully get a 7th title, he will separate from the field of elite boxers and the only one to do it... What a legacy... Other boxers can do it also but so far they're lagging behind PAC...

Haha PBF vs. Sturm for PBF's 6th division title?? Go ahead PBF, do it for your legacy... Let's see what you can do against Sturm... Remember Sturm defeated Hoya...

remember it was a fat unprepared DLH and honestly at best i say that Sturm won 115-113, and don't forget that Castillejo also KO'd Sturm, he's the weakest of the bunch, just like what you're hoping Manny goes after, that really will speak volumes of his "legacy"

If Sturm and PBF will fight now, I pick Sturm to defeat PBF... Sturm will be too big for PBF... BTW, who's your pick??

Roy has titles in 4 divisions?

PBF has titles in 5 divisions...

PAC and Hoya has titles in 6 divisions...

At this time, PAC has a very good chance to become the 1st boxer (the ONLY boxer) to attained titles in 7 divisions...

Jones started as a Junior Middleweight, and could have easily won a world title at Cruiserweight, just goes to show that it really doesn't matter though

You're really putting down PAC's accomplishments or you don't know that PAC is the only boxer who beat THE MAN in a division to become THE MAN four (4) times... Which is which??

PAC is the only boxer to attained 4 lineal titles (beating THE MAN at 112, 126, 130 and 140)... Below is PAC's lineal titles:

    1) 1998-12-04 112 Chatchai Sasakul
    2) 2003-11-15 126 Marco Antonio Barrera
    3) 2008-03-15 130 Juan Manuel Marquez
    4) 2009-05-02 140 Ricky Hatton
