    Poor poor Man U...

You Red Devil fans do realize that Ronaldo is soccer's version of A-Rod right A pretty boy who does all the flashy stuff but does NONE of the grind it out plays and he's paid too much and figures all the calls should go his way.....I wish somebody would just stomp the shit out of that little punk! And Wayne Rooney too, that angry little midget.

Liverpool will be back next season and as long as teams stop rolling over for Man U we'll have a great chance to win the whole thing.

Does none of the grind?? Please Lyle he is world player of the year for a reason he is an amazing player that scores every goal possible, and he deos something that Gerrard doesnt preforms for his national team.

If telling a player he elbowed in the head to "get up" is your definition of "grind it out" then yes, he does plenty of that.

It's not Gerrard's fault that England can't find a coach that knows how to use him properly. Gerrard is EASILY the best player England has.

I think you will find Rooney is far more important player for England he is missed much more than Gerrard ever is that isnt a dig at Gerrard he is without doubt a world class player but the fact is he has never done anything for England and when he is missing its no big deal, so England have had 4 managers and there all to blame that Gerrard doesnt preform for England? Come on Lyle the difference is Gerrard isnt the main man at England, he is worshipped at Liverpool Liverpool is Steven Gerrard, for England he is just another player and has had plenty of times to shine in an attacking midfield role and has failed.

Yes, but Puyol doesn't call himself the greatest or act like he's God's gift to soccer

When you consider that Liverpool is going to add perhaps all of the following: Carlos Tevez, Gareth Barry, and David Silva.....they will more than likely AT LEAST land Tevez. And with Torres resigned until 2013, I think we're going to have more chances at winning the Champions League and Premier League than most clubs. If Liverpool rolled out the following squad, they would be mighty tough to hang with:

    ST: Torres, Tevez
    CAM: Gerrard
    LW: Riera RW: Alonso/Silva
    CDM: Mascherano
LB: Aurelio CB: Carragher, Agger/Skrtel RB: Arbeloa
    GK: Reina

We are going to own next season

I sincerely hope you are right. Lefty is going to be pissed off that Everton lost against Chelsea as well as Ono.

Tevez is either City's or United's. Enrolled his kiddo in a school in Manchester mate.

City had a very progressive meeting at Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi and from that meeting we believe he is ours. Personally reckon it's up to fergie. If he wants him and keep re-assure him then he'll probably stay...altho United will have to match our £32m bid.

If United spend a large chunk of their kitty on a player they already have it would be nice.

We're also talking to Gareth Barry. Not sure Liverpool want him due to Alonso's form. Reckon you've got a clear run at Silva although if i was you i'd go for Mata who has been a revelation this season. Valencia need money fast so there should be no problem.

I would prefer David Villa up front with Torres.
