I had Calderon winning 58-56, although I have no problem with a draw. Certainly didn't think Mayol was doing anything special, he did more first 2 rounds, he had his opportunity to press once Calderon started bleeding but seemed to almost back off. Very disappointed with his post-fight comments, I've generally respected Fillipino fighters for being classy no matter what post-fight, but Mayol decided to play the whiny asshole, doing the Duran 'why didn't he come to fight' lines & acting like he'd been robbed

Thats typical Mayol, thats why I dont root for him. His one of the few filipino fighters I dont go with. He tends to blame others and whine about shit when it didn't go his way. Did you see when he lost to Solis? I didn't see the fight or see the post fight interviews but Im not suprise if Mayol did start whining again.

Yeah, I was surprised because Pac, Donaire & Penalosa are always pure class, Mayol came across like a dick & implied that he was giving Calderon a boxing lesson, which certainly wasn't the case. I only saw a Spanish language stream of his fight with Solis, so hadn't heard him speak before, but I will definitely re-visit the Solis fight just to see him get beat.
