I've always been curious but never tried them - let us know how it goes!

I'm guessing you'd want to pick a little less weight than you use for some other upper body similar exercises just from the very limited feel I've had.

I think they are sort of designed to be dificult as the weight sits a larger radious from your core so the torque is larger to resist their momentum and control the movement.

I'm not an expert at all though - just wanting to be in on how it goes in case it's another toy I can save up for!
