Depends on how many rounds (of drinks) we're talking about. I'd bet that Cirrhosis wins by KO to the liver, that is unless a donor is available.

Cirrhosis by KO it is, since hospitals won't give transplants to patients who destroy their liver from alcohol or drug abuse.
