He never said he could beat Floyd Mayweather Ice, that's just yet another example of you not understanding word play.

He had just turned pro and they were asking him how he was taking to the pro game and he said his sparring was going so well he felt he could take on Floyd Mayweather in a four rounder.

It was clearly a playful, tongue in cheek remark, like somebody saying I could have beaten King Kong tonight, it doesn't literally mean someone thinks they could beat King Kong it's just an expression to say that they felt very very strong on that night.

Likewise with Khan, he was just saying he felt his sparring was going so great he could even give Floyd Mayweather a run over four rounds.

Sorry but only a complete imbecile would take that as a genuine statement that he was claiming he would beat Floyd Mayweather if they met at that time

On to the second point, him saying he had less than two percent bodyfight was quite endearing I thought, like wow this kid just takes at face value anything anybody tells him. I must admit I thought of you when he made that statement
I can't believe you just turned around, and actually hinted at me being an imbecile. Well to be honest Bilbo, you can stuff your Amir Khan delusional threads, all i did was repeat what Amir Khan said himself. And i remember pretty much everyone on this forum, agreeing that was total tosh aswell. So i guess that makes them complete imbeciles aswell

No need to throw around insults, or keep taking digs at me. Not understanding sarcasm, which is total BS because i always understand. Sarcasm with any of my friends or family. Maybe you just talk in so much riddles and you come out with so many bizarre statements, that i can never really tell with you, ever thought of that
I imagine there are probably more than a few imbeciles on this forum yes, there are no entry requirements to meet in order to join this forum so its inevitable that some less bright individuals might post here.

But I'm just pointing out to you the stupidity of what you are saying. You talk as if he came out and said as a matter of fact he could beat Floyd Mayweather, and that he was calling him out, when it was clearly just a playful remark.

I remember you posting on this forum that you were practically grandmaster level in checkers. Now was this a statement of fact on your part? Are you claiming to actually be of the same level as a true Checkers Grandmaster or did you just mean that you think you are very good and were adding playful emphasis?

I mean how arrogant would it be for some kid who has never entered an amatuer checkers tournament or has any documented games online to claim that he is a grandmaster, i.e one of the elite best in the world at checkers? Wouldn't that be the height of arrogance and delusion, or are you claiming that in your case you didn't mean it seriously but just as a playful boast?

Nothing about my post was stupid, i just repeated what Amir Khan said. So call him an imbecile im not the one that come out with it, i just found it a bit of bizarre comment. And i haven't seen the footage in sometime. But i don't remember it being a playful comment, thats why many people went off about it on this forum.

You can disagree with me, but calling me an imbecile is pretty disrespectful on your part. Just because in the last few months, you've been on the Amir Khan bandwagon, doesn't mean if someone comes out with any negative comment about him, it gives you right to say that.

As for Checkers what the hell has that got to do, with anything ? have i ever said i could beat the best players in the world ? no i haven't but was i good at it ? yes i was and thats not blowing my own trumpet either. You've played me and you know my skill level, and we can play again anytime at a fast timer if you want.

You claimed you were Grandmaster level Ice, I can find the post if you'd like.

By claiming that then YES you ARE claiming you can beat the best players in the world.

But no I didn't think you were arrogant because I just took it to be a playful remark, not to be taken literally.

My point, which is clearly lost on you, (and hence why I am unable to retract the accusation of imbecile) is that if you can claim to be grandmaster level in checkers and for it not to be meant as a literal statement of fact then why should Amir's statement that he could give Floyd Mayweather a good run in a four round be taken as him calling out Floyd?

From now on Ice I'm afraid I am always going to think of you as arrogant because you claimed to be able to beat grandmasters at checkers.

To be honest im not even sure what were discussing, or arguing about. I was good at checkers not the best in the world, nowhere near it. But i did get 2100s+ rating which is master level, but many people can get that rating. Its not like its a super hard game, its just memorizing losses and shots, and openings which is pretty easy to learn.

If i did say grandmaster then i was clearly being sarcastic, but i would say i was master level. But again thats nothing to do with Amir Khan and its completely irrelvant. And just because i was being sarcastic, doesn't mean Amir Khan was and from my memory it didn't sound like it. Again i don't really see what your trying to prove here.

I don't really care if you don't, retract it or not Bilbo. Your just being insulting end of. And all your doing is further making this more into an argument, i could of said plenty of things to you. But im just keeping this about a debate.

Secondly thats not even the samething Bilbo, and all your doing is twisting this around into someother kind of irrelvant nonsense. Which i don't even know what the hell your on about, i never said he was calling Floyd Mayweather Jr out. All i said was that i found that comment to be bizarre, and a bit ridiculous which is why. Alot of people went off about on this forum.

But according to your logic, they are imbeciles if they think that way. Which i find to be an absolute joke and ridiculous, when many people have thought your comments about Amir Khan. Have been ridiculous so should i call you an imbecile ? no its all about different opinions.

Lastly all i said was that i found that comment to be a bit bizarre, and ridiculous never did i say he was calling him out. And as i've said many times alot of people went off about it on this forum, but because i said that comment i've been called an imbecile. And your trying to mock me, on the main board. In future i won't reply to your Amir Khan threads end of discussion.

I've highlighted a few bits. How can you not see the relevence here? So when YOU claimed to be a grandmaster it was just a jokey comment but when Amir said he'd like to fight Floyd in a four rounder he was being arrogant?

So when Amir upon being asked how he was taking to the pro game joked he was transitioning so well he'd even like to face Floyd Mayweather in a four rounder you found that bizarre?

But you don't find bizarre the fact that you after claiming not to be able to play chess, then after being exposed of cheating suddenly claimed an alternate childhood where you were a chess prodigy who had a coach and studied grandmaster games, although unfortunately you have since lost all memory of the games you studied and the openings you played, what with it being such a long time ago with you nearly out of your teens now and all?
