Vernon Forrest Dead?

What the hell is going on in this world today??Very sad,Forrest was literally one of the nicest guys in the buisness.Very personable and respectful.Shit.Not the gunning type...

From what I've read, his girlfriend's 11-year-old son was in the car or in the gas station at the time. Vernon had a gun with him and the two suspects were thwarted and he chased them off. Somehow one was able to hide and ambush Vernon as Vernon chased the other. Vernon was shot 7 or 8 times in the back. I know that a lot of people will say what they would or wouldn't do, but you never know until you've been in that situation. R.I.P. Vernon "The Viper" Forrest and my prayers are with his family.

Considering how the media likes to emphasize certain things, I'm glad they aren't mentioning his gun. If he had one legally, it didn't really matter and didn't really help. Wasn't part of the story. This story explains why there was as chase anyhow-that part didn't really seem to make sense to me but chasing after a wallet thief makes more sense. I'm even more totally disgusted now hearing the circumstances around the actual shooting. In today's society, you have to damn near be paranoid when it comes to other people today. It's a damn shame.

That's messed up that Vernon was shot in the back while protecting his family. That's some b-itchass coward shit the murderers did by shooting a warrior in the back.
