Yes, it's much easier to know what actually happened in an unusual death when you're one guy thousands of miles away reading reports on the internet rather than a team of trained, experienced criminal investigators actually on the scene.
I'm not gonna lie... I sense a bit of sarcasm... not sure though
The force is strong with this one...

... IN a country where police is known to do the highest briberies for 50$ us, to go all of a sudden (in the police reports at least) from lying on the floor with a stab behind the head, to find a bloody purse strap and a steak knife nearby with Gatti's blood on it to finally hung in the room by himself...

Well, another twist: La police brésilienne fournit des détails - LCN - Sports

In french: more or less: The body was found on the floor, apparently, he would have strangled himself with the strap of the purse on a 7 feet wooden stairs somewhere in the flat (not in the room, once again), it just make this history even more dubious.

Here it is in English, but they still haven't talked about the knife wounds to the back of the head.

This sounds absolutely bizarre. The authorities have acted like clowns thus far....I genuinely hope that Gatti's family gets a thorough investigation done and gets proper closure on this. Things at this point do not add up.

I would be more shocked but the Brazilian authorities have obviously learned from the Koreans. Thank god Gatti is well known, at least his case is getting this much attention.
