Yes, it was from a headbutt, but that was not a bad cut, and a true champion would have kept on fighting, and not punk out to get the no decision. Campbell knew he was not fighting well, and he was losing, so he decided to take the easy way out.

I like Campbell, but I didn't like that move by him at all, shows no heart.
