The referee was worthless, and the cut was caused by an accidental butt and thus the result should have been a NC and not a TKO win for Bradley.

BUT Campbell asked for the fight to be stop and quit. And anytime you quit in the other guys hometown, knowing that the referee never confirmed that the cut was from an accidental clash of heads, well you are risking getting screwed.

There is still a chance the commission could over turn this like they did with the Rahman vs. Toney fight.
Thats what surprised me. Nate is always complaining about the politics of boxing, yet as a seasoned pro he banks on the Calafornia officials to be "fair." He is now 0-3 in California. I think that he does have issues fighting away from his hometown of Florida, which he seldom does.
I think Nate knew he was behind on the cards, and felt the cut was bad and the fight would be stopped in the next couple rounds so rather than go to the cards and lose a decision he tried to get a no contest.

It backfired though cus of the ref being a dodgy lil bitch.
