The big blip on Hopkins career for mwe is the 2 losses to JT. Those fights were there to be won, but only fought for the last 4 rounds in each fight.
I don't see Hopkins no way near as talented as either of them. What he lacked in talent though he made up for in guile,smooth counter punching,defense of the Matrix,the right hand of Bruce Lee ( the good one),the ring generalship of Patton and the non smacking frantic fits of a epileptic adolescent
He's the Peter Ebdon of boxing.
