it actually was six months...and when you're a professional athlete who has nothing else to worry about except working out two to three times a day that's nothing. Not to mention jones went from 174 to 193...that's 19 pounds in six months. I once gained six pounds of muscle in one month with a job and no supplements just working out twice a day.
