Bulking up or not.Mayweather would have always been the faster of the two when compared.I'm not sure what his motives are for putting it out there,could be tounge in cheek but I think Marquez at his age and wear and tear will be slowed and he is not a Welterweight, his speed of counter,side to side movement has already been backseated for a more aggresive though still very accurate pattern over last few fights.He looks all buffed up and I think once they are facing off ring center people will do a double take at the size difference.But...

the fights happening and while I think Mayweather has every advantage on paper he lacks Marquezs confidence,passion and fighters mentality.Screw it,I think Mayweather has doubts and pick Marquez to exploit them for a win .
