Awesome punch. Linares had guts getting up and going on, but he looked cooked.

Khan, Ortiz & now Linares?? I was high on Ortiz & Linares, I thought they will be the future. The good thing is that Linares lost to an undefeated Fighter. Now Salgado will be in the Map & he is a strong looking kid.

My suggestion to Salgado, Never sign with Golden Boy!!! Pick Toprank!!

When he was first coming up I was real high on him but I thought the hype got a bit out of control after the Larios fight. Not that I stopped thinking he could be a top guy or anything, far from it but BoomBoom is right the Diaz fight is remembered by most for the perfect one punch KO he had but he showed some vulnerabilities there, and he was hurt there so his chin has to have question marks. I still think he could get back into the picture though.

Plus his career has been kind of stop and start with injuries and so forth. He needs to get right back in there although not against this guy who may have something.

Wow.Did not see that coming.Wouldn't call him chinny, just cold. All of the layoffs caught up maybe. Was out on his feet.Far better than a prolonged drubbing

I completely agree and I agreed with those who pointed out his struggles with Diaz. Larios gave him a good fight too but I thought given the circumstances (and Larios is no slouch) that was a really impressive (also scary) performance.

This was fcking shocking beautiful punches. He can definitely rebound shit like this happens I don't really think it's indicative of the chin anyone caught slippin like that with a guy on the hunt is going to be in trouble. He can definitely rebound and I agree with Spicoli, if his head is fine then the sooner the better.
