He came across a bit silly really and probably told a porky or two in trying to defend himself. I can't believe Floyd actually believes some of the stuff he comes out with.

All that "I'm a smaller man too" stuff needs to stop. He has been a big fighter for a few years now and couldn't even make the sodding weight against Marquez!

And talking about Ray Leonard not being as great because he lost to Camacho? WTF?

What on earth was he raving about when talking about Manny Pac and performance enhancers?

Floyd is in la-la land. You watch, he is most definitely waiting to see what happens between Malignaggi and Diaz....the plonker...
I don't think he did at all. I mean when have you EVER heard such disrespect towards an international superstar in their chosen profession?

I'm sure if an interviewer spoke like that to any actor, other sports star, politician or celebrity they would have been hung up on within minutes and probably sued.

Floyd kept the banter going for 20 minutes and argued his corner despite being called a 'fucking pussy' etc.

I am officially a Floyd Mayweather fan, the guy is a legend in my book, how do you think Ricky Hatton would respond if giving an interview he was told he was a fat overated prick who embarrassed himself against Manny Paquaio and Floyd Mayweather?
    Such disrespect or such truth?

More interviewers should ask the same types of questions as far as I'm concerned. Floyd deserves to be disrespected, because he is full of shit.

He lied his way through half of that interview and looked stupid. I see little to be supportive about. The guy is a phoney who only wants easy rides.

I agree that Floyd deserves to be disrespected. Seems like everyone is picking on Floyd, from this fake gangster rapper or whatever he is to Hopkins and Mosley. Floyd is always dissing people and he is just getting a taste of his own medicine. Clearly Floyd would rather fight a lesser opponent for millions than a more difficult one. He has proven that time and again. I know they are all motivated by money, the Manny's, the Mosley's, etc., but clearly Floyd does not care one inch for the fans and that is why he will never be a beloved boxer on a personal level. I am sure he will fight Mosley or Manny if he is given the lions share, and based on his opponents, does he really deserve it? I don't think so.

He's the most fan friendly boxer currently fighting today, at least as far as revenue goes.

Who else provides entertainment like Floyd Mayweather? Just watch compare his 24/7 shows to the ones without him in them, they arn't even worth watching imo.

Everything he does and his persona is to create excitiment for the fans anf get them to want to watch the fights.

Anybody who has ever been to a Floyd press conference on here are all unanimous in their praise for Floyd's interaction with the fans.

Look at the Hatton Floyd pre fight build up. Whilst Ricky was making it really personal, with wanker gestures directed at Floyd, Floyd carried out his role as the bad guy with aplomb, hyping the fans up, giving them everything they wanted of him.

    He's an entertainer.

He's number 1 so will obviously always be a target but there is nobody else in the sport right now at the top of their game that comes close to bringing the excitiment and atmosphere that Floyd does.

Well the fact you're talking about him and not some other boxer says it all really.

Floyd is the number one fighter in the sport, from both a resume and revenue point of view.

    Nobody else comes close.

If he wants to be an entertainer than he should take his sorry a$$ to New York and perform on Broadway. This if fuking boxing, not a bad rap video.

I find nothing that Floyd does entertaining. In fact I won't even watch his 24/7 shows, because I can't stand his disrespectful, arrogant antics. You may find that kind of behavior appealing, while I find it vomit inducing.

He's #1? Really? I think Manny would have something to say about that. Floyd is #2, which is very fitting considering he is a piece of $hit.

Where's JT Rock when you need him, I can't stand against the legion of haters on my own.

But seriously, Floyd would dominate Manny Pacquaio, I doubt the Filipino would win more than a single round.

Unfortunately, Floyd won't step into the ring with Manny, or any other real threat to prove that.

I just want to clarify that I am a big fan of Floyd's boxing ability, but I am not a fan of Floyd as a person.

Lol - let the haters hate Bilbo. That's their job. In fact, you know Floyd is doing such a fantastic job because he has the most haters.

It's like Katt Williams said so well, "People are gonna hate you regardless, You got to be grateful - you need haters - What the F*ck are you complaining about? Let them do their job - If you got 20 haters, you need to figure out how to get 40 of them Mother F*ckers!"

That's the great thing with Floyd..People will keep hating and he will keep winding them up by winning and winning well. Makes me laugh.

    This is brilliant.

So Floyd got $8 mill for Mitchell and $12mill for Baldo?
