Apparently Pabon likes to ref the Valuev fights...as a good omen he was the ref for Valuev-Holyfield and Valuev-Chagaev, Nico should have lost both of those.

He seems to give fighters a fair shake at least.
I'm getting a bit nervous for Haye now. Haye really is very untested at HW and here he is facing someone who just needs to keep him at elbows length. Haye can do this but it's not going to be easy getting in and out and unloading without getting tagged in return. Will sure make curious viewing.
Or the ring foundations!...
To be honest though I don't know if I see any knock downs happening, maybe a late stoppage either way but I can't see Haye being able to get the leverage punching up to floor valuev and valuev doesn't operate like that.
if 300lbs clips you on the chin you'll go down, but Valuev doesn't have consitant one punch power, if he gets a knock down it will be because the punch landed just right and haye was in the right place for it to happen and not simply because his punches are concusive.
