To Amat's point though if someone thought Froch won, the same logic applies to Valuev winning.

No it's different. I thought Dirrell won but thought Haye won this fight.
Dirrell gave off the AURA of a loser (by moaning, holding, jumping on the floor, looking like he doesn't want to fight) - which can clearly have an effect on the judges.
Haye acted like the BOSS the whole fight. It wasn't impressive, but clear who the superior fighter was.
