Exacty, well put man.. Pac can come in at 145 if he wants..

Floyd can come in at 146 or at 147 but he has to pay some penalties like what he did in his JMM fight where he came in 2 lbs. over the agreed contracted weight and paid $600,000 penalty.

The fight is off if anyone will come in more than 2 lbs. over the agreed contracted weight.

But you know if Floyd comes in over the limit just like in the Marquez fight most people will cry and IF Floyd was to win the fight alot would blame it on coming over the limit...

Floyd got criticized when he came in over the contracted weight since he signed/agreed the contract for that weight. That's why Floyd was penalized coz he didn't follow the contract.

145 lbs. seems the most fair and logical weight for Pacquiao-Floyd fight. It's 1 lb less than Floyd's last weigh-in weight and 1 lb. more than Pacquiao's last weigh-in weight.
