To be fair though, I don't think it would be much different if you included all divisions (I'm sure some koont will prove me wrong

)
Well, I'll do it now

although I suspect you're right.
Heavyweight: Britain 1 (Haye) - USA 0
Cruiserweight: Britain 1 (Afolabi) - USA 0
Light-Heavyweight: Britain 0 - USA 2 (Dawson & Cloud)
Super-Middleweight: Britain 1 (Froch) - USA 1 (Ward)
Middleweight: Britain 0 - USA 1 (Pavlik however has 3 belts including lineal)
Light-Middlweight: Britain 0 - USA 1 (Spinks)
Welterweight: Britain 0 - USA 2 (Berto & Mosley)
Light-Welterweight: Britain 1 (Khan) - USA 3 (Peterson, Bradley & Alexander)
Lightweight: Britain 0 - USA 0
Super-Featherweight: Britain 0 - USA 1 (Guerrero)
Featherweight: Britain 0 - USA 1 (Luevano)
Only other division with either a Brit or American as a titleholder is
Light-Flyweight: Britain 0 - USA 1 (Viloria)
So that's 4 for Britain & 12 for the Yanks. Although it becomes 3-9 if you take away interim champs.
