    Interesting post bud

As a Pac fan i would be gutted and hugely disappionted if this were the case, but on the other hand it may help explain his demolition of Hatton

As for Cotto, would this help his mental state to climb back through the ropes for another tilt at a title if it were proved to be the case

As much as it may help his mental state (or eat away at it :P), he took a LOT of physical punishment in those fights (as miles pointed out, he had to dig deep to even make it to the championship rounds). While he may stick around for a bit longer, I'm not sure he'll still be able to compete at the super-elite level.

I'm a big Cotto fan and if the accusations about Pacquiao are true (or even if they are left unproven - like Margarito's gloves), it'll absolutely crush my faith in the sport. Unless things change drastically, professional boxing will probably loose a fan in me.

I hear what ya saying bro,

Cotto also ranks high on my fave fighters list and to see that happen to him was hard to watch, yet i also had great respect for Manny to do what he done against two of the best LWW's and WW's in todays game in Hatton and Cotto.

I personally still dont understand that if Manny is willing to take the test the day after the fight whats all the hoo-har

Marg fight did ruin him if Marg cheated for that fight. Cotto could have done more, he would have beaten Shane in a rematch and Clottey far more convincingly but do not think he would have beaten Pac but it would have been an exciting and more even fight.

I still wish Cotto-Hatton had happened....that would have been a big fight and just an all out brawl

Manny Pacquiao Drug Test Results made Public!

Some have questioned if Manny Pacquiao fights clean or if he is on some kind of Steroid or enhancement. Well it can be put to rest that Pacquiao was not on any drugs, enhancements or steroids when he faced Miguel Cotto.

CNN.SI is reporting and confirming that Pacquiao has tested clean for drugs and steroids after his stunning victory over Cotto. Pacquiao who defeated Cotto with a 12rd TKO has been unfairly targeted by some who claim his performances must be due to steroids or some sort of illegal substance.

According to CNN.SI's reporting, Keith Kizer the director of the NSAC (Nevada State Athletic Commission) confirmed that Pacquiao took 2 urine tests that were taken from him before and after his fight with Cotto. The urine came back negative, showing that there was no steroids or illegal substances to be found in Pacquiao's system. Bottom line, Pacquiao fought a clean fight.

Also to further prove Pacquiao is a clean fighter who is not relying on steroids or enhancements, Kizer confirmed this was the 10th test Pacquiao has had done over the years in Nevada... he passed each and every test.

So there you have it folks, the next time someone tries and tells you that Pacquiao takes Steroids... you tell them the Nevada State Athletic Commission disagrees and has numerous tests to back that up. Pacquiao is clean!

Anyway. Nevada state athletic commission tested Manny Pacquiao negative. If you have doubt in the NSAC please feel free to insult them.

you mean like when mosleys test were coming up negative too ??

its only a urine test that they do, the majority of commonly used PED's today wont show in urine tests so it was pointless

Think we are all hoping and preying this whole situation turns out to be a storm in a teacup and that manny is indeed the superior athlete we all recognise him as.

The way he has bulked up i have honestly never ever come across - duran, leonard, mayweather etc etc etc. I cant think of a single fighter that has managed to mantain and progress his muscular structure the way pacquiao has moving through the weights and i just hope to god for boxings sake its due to hard work.

Floyd Mayweather has no right to be asking for these extra tests and im in complete agreement with freddy roach in that its up to the WBC to set the rules and not a particular fighter.

Again for the sake of oscar, hatton and miguel i just prey to god pacquiao hasnt pulled a fast one over all of us and put the sport into complete chaos!!

no one is saying Pacquiao is guilty, but his ridiculous refusal to take such an easy blood test that would have NO EFFECT on him whatsoever is pretty suspicious, it's not only that he's refusing, it's how desperately him and Roach are trying to avoid the blood tests that's suspicious, and the retarded excuses he's coming up with only add up to it

Again Manny Pacquiao already said official the he don't have problem taking his blood right after the fight. The testing by the Nevada commission is more than adequate to catch any malefactors according to top rank. But Mayweather is bigger than the commission. Mayweather is bigger than the sport itself. Because his idiot father (Floyd Senior) says Manny is cheating with drugs that justifies everything. They can test Manny at any other time they want to 24/7, They don’t have a problem with that, but not right before the fight. They want to harass him psychologically. The Mayweather's and the Golden Boy Promotion wants Manny Pacquiao "psychologically damage". Taking blood before the fight is like having sex it will make you feel weak. Both side is trying to get the upper hand and trying to hype this fight in my opinion. What is the different of taking blood before and after the fight? For me is the same and there is no different. They can still check if Pacquiao is on something but not before the fight but After the fight. So now the moronic clowns of Nevada are asking Pacquiao to undergo Olympic style drug testing, this simply means that the commission is unreliable. Why don't they just shut it down and bring in the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency there instead. And yeah! All boxers that will fight in Las Vegas should take the test too. Because it is UNRELIABLE. Looks like the Mayweathers know all of this huh? Are they steroid users before? Floyd Mayweather Sr. was imprisoned coz of drugs. In my opinion put Mayweather Sr. as the new commissioner of the sports.

again, Mosley came out clean yet is a known user in the past, urine tests aren't enough

how the hell is it gonna cause any psychological damage? Floyd's gonna get the same testing, and Manny is no stranger to needles anyways, i doubt very much that his tattoos are temporary

they're making too big of a damn case of this, do the fucking test and stop bitching

interesting how? what has Cotto been unlucky with lol

magarito beat the shit out of him, even if he did have hand wraps on that wasnt what beat cotto, what beat him was the simple fact that he was to stupid to change his fight, maga took ecerything cotto could throw and cotto as always tired and this time quit, was NOTHING to do with maga's hands at all lol whata fucking joke to bring that up.

and as for pac, again cotto couldn't change or been focused enough to win that fight. when he boxed he was winning, but he tried ot tade and was to slow, didn't learn from it and got fucked up

unlcuky my ass, fucking lucky is more like it he got to where he is now be fighitng and getting a rep from beating overrated fighter... look ad paulie, people give him props and an ok hatton beat the shit out of him... torres give him hell and he is fuck all...

his only good win was against shane and shane was screwed for stamina after a few rounds (a fight i thought was a draw anyhow)
