If they agree, that doesnt prove that Pacquiao has been clean, it just means they had no choice, they couldnt run anymore and had to bite the bullet.

People who know more than me, if he has been taking EPO or something else, and he agrees and stays clean for the entire camp, will he come in lighter than usual? Or look smaller, surely he wouldnt have the staying power to deal with Floyds extra strength in the later rounds.
