Bob Arum was Juan's promoter in the 1st fight while pac is still with Murad.
I agree Juan won more rounds. 13 rounds to 11 rounds for Pacquiao. But Pac had 4 extra pts for 4 knockdowns. Techinically he won both fights because of the scoring error. but the records says 1W 1D for Pac and 1D 1L for JMM.
