That wasn't what you said at first. You said Pac would have been Floyd's first legit WW challenge. Then you moved on to legit welters that Pac has fought. You're absolutely right, though. If Pac does fight Clottey he will have fought more legit WWs than Floyd. But if Floyd and Pac get it on Pac still isn't a legit WW. At least in my book.

Fair enough. I stand corrected. My main point is what you addressed in this post. Pac may be better at 140, but he has done pretty well so far at 147 and if he beats Clottey, very well.
