This is all gayweathers fault PERIOD..

GBP,Shaeffer and Haymon agreed to the 24 days window blood test but Mongofloyd just rejected it.They all knew that it's reasonable enough,including floyd to detect PED or HGH but because his scared and does not really want to fight Manny in the first place,fight is off..If NSAC,USADA and WADA blood and urine tests were not reliable,then all the previous fights of boxing who uses these organizations WERE ALL IN QUESTION,including that f**** 40 wins by that "self-proclaimed great" Gayweather Jr.

Who is he to dictate when to do the test?Is this guy knowledgable enough than these drug testing organizations?For all i know,these family were convicted on drug trafficking anD this boxer injected Xylo On his BRITTLED fists before?And study said,those who used steroids more often had their bones gets brittle.SO
