There are other things you can use to numb your hands that are legal everywhere. The thing Floyd tok is just the most effective. And like people already said, it's legal in Vegas so this is a nonissue desperately dredged up by the Pacneedle camp to deflect attention from their guy refusing random drug testing.

So what your saying is its ok for Mayweather to use xylocaine because NSAC allows it even when its illegal in other states. But its totally ok to disregard NSAC rules when it comes to drug testing. How convenient.

I'm fully aware of the differences. Again, xylocaine is legal in the state of Nevada but illegal in other states. But my point is about the rules and regulations.

NSAC has a rule and your stuck with it. If you follow some rules you like then great. But if you don't like the other rules then petition for it to be change. But unless its change everyone should abide by the rule of the sanctioning body.
