Why isn't Pacquiao sticking to what he says?

Floyd ultimately comes out of this looking better then pac. Pacquiao ducks out of a fight with Mayweather over a drug test and fights Clottey. Floyd bides his time, waits for the opportunity and makes a fight the fans want to see.

The idiocy of Bob Arum is that he was in such a rush to make Pacquiao a fight to try to make Floyd look bad, now because they weren't business smart like Floyd was they fight Clottey while Mayweather fights Mosley in a fight EVERYONE has been claiming for, for a long long time now. So in the end it makes Pacquiao look like less of a somebody then Mayweather is. Mayweather leaves one superfight and makes another. Pacquiao leaves one superfight and makes an HBO boxing after dark Main event that's gonna be on ppv.
That final paragraph sums it up very nicely. Pac/Clottey is nothing but a huge anti-climax after the temptation of Mayweather/Pac.

And like you say, Mayweather has remained consistent in his requests which suggests that it is something he really believes in. Pac and the weight demands, oh they will flip flop whenever it suits them. It makes them look really bad. How can you suddenly forget about a demand if it is something you feel is important? It just doesn't make any sense.
And it's not just that, Clottey comes into fights at above 170 at times I think. Mayweather only did it once against Marquez and it wasn't even because he couldn't make the weight. The weight he made was 147 so why would he ever come in over for the fight with Pacquiao? Clottey on the other hand is consistently heavy especially the night of the fight. He is someone you should have a stipulation for. yet for them to have that stipulation for Mayweather and not for Clottey is such a double standard it makes them look worse. It makes it seem like their stipulation was only for people that hate on Floyd for coming in at 147 against Marquez and not because it's something they really believe in. Funny thing is the guy everyone tries to paint as inconsistent(Floyd) has been the most consistent person throughout both fight bargains, Pacquiao and his team flip flop and flip flop so who really looks worse? The saddening thing is none of these professional unbiased journalists are bringing this up.
