I don't believe anything Roach says, he's always telling stories. I also don't think they are afraid of each other. They both stand to lose a lot of money if this fight doesn't happen. Lets wait til the Mosley-Mayweather fight is over to bring this up. It's pointless to bring it up now, a potential fight is 7-8 months away.

Neither can spit on 40-50 millions each. It will happen, after a load of drama and emotions generated, for the cause of the promotion.

That's the way it is, not the way it ends

I suppose noone could turn down a fight for that amount of cash lol. Do you think Money will have to drop this Drug test situation he wants though?

You cannot compare both fights as Clottey does not have the same popularity as either Mayweather or Mosley. Obviously the Mayweather-Mosley fight will make more money. Now if it was the other way around like Pac-Mosley vs Mayweather - Clottey then the Pac - Mosley would make more money.

Like everyone else I'm desperate for this fight to happen! But one of the two needs to back down and it will probably be Manny, I honestly believe PBF is too scared of losing his '0' to back down on his demands.
The more I think about it the more I believe this has all been hyped up from the offset. Call it wishful thinking but I reckon that day in Santa Monica when all the promoters met before that judge they decided to postpone the fight in order to build anticipation.
Clottey and Mosely are by no means a 'gimme' for Pac or Floyd but the demand for them to fight eachother will be even higher after Floyd beats Mosley.

but you can compare Mayweather/Marquez to Pacquiao/Clottey, neither Marquez nor Clottey are "big names" to the average viewer, so if you compare PPV buys from the last four fights Mayweather vs Marquez/Mosley and Pacquiao vs Cotto/Clottey, it's pretty obvious that Mayweather is the bigger draw

Floyd do not need to drop his blood drug test demand. All he has to do is just agree to the 24 days before the fight that was requested by Manny (it can even go down to 20 days which i believe was when Manny had his blood test in the Clottey fight).
It's a given that that Mayweather-Mosley will outsell the Pacquiao-Clottey fight in terms of PPV buys. But the stadium attendance in Pacquiao's fight does not seem to indicate that Manny's reputation has been severely affected.
